Enrollment in our courses requires payment of the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. By enrolling, you agree to pay all charges associated with your selected course.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of course enrollment, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@edstate.com.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.

Non-Refundable Items

Once more than 20% of course content has been accessed, or after 7 days from enrollment, the course fee becomes non-refundable. Additionally, any certification fees or add-on services are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

In cases of technical issues preventing course access, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.
